 For professionals only<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-410536eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"410536eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Your must choose <em>Ouvrir une session.\u00a0<\/em> This section allows access for notaries, banks, lawyers and other recognized professionals to access supplemental information in accordance with their status.<\/p><p><strong>If you have technical problems accessing the assessment role, please call Infotech at 1-866-617-4468 ext. 1.<\/strong><\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3><h3><strong>Property assessment roll<\/strong><\/h3><p>The property assessment roll is <strong>an inventory of all the properties<\/strong> (land and buildings) located on the territory of the municipality.<\/p><p>The current roll is established and managed by the independent firm of chartered appraisers retained by the MRC de Memphr\u00e9magog, <strong>Jean-Pierre Cadrin and associates<em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>The appraiser files a new assessment roll for a period of three years (the &#8220;three-year roll&#8221;).<\/p><blockquote><p><em>The current three-year roll was filed in September 2023; it covers the years 2024, 2025 and 2026<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>The purpose of reviewing the roll every three years is to ensure that properties are valued to market for reference and comparison.<\/p><blockquote><p><em>The roll may, at the option of the municipality, be renewed for a second period of three years without being revised.
