In fact, it aims to govern the building itself, as an assembly of materials.<\/p><p><strong>Construction by-law <a href=\"https:\/\/cantondehatley.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2024-08-Reglement-de-construction-2024-12-04.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2024-08<\/a><\/strong><\/p><hr \/><h3><u><br \/>By-law on building permit conditions<\/u><\/h3><p>The by-law on building permit conditions imposes certain requirements prior to the granting of a building permit. These conditions may vary from one part of the territory to another, and relate in particular to the cadastre and the presence of infrastructures.<\/p><p><strong>Building permit conditions by-law n\u00b0<a href=\"https:\/\/cantondehatley.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2024-09-Reglement-de-condition-demission-de-permis-de-construction-2024-12-04.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2024-09<\/a><\/strong><\/p><hr \/><h3><u><br \/>Permits and certificates by-law<\/u><\/h3><p>The Permits and certificates by-law establishes the administrative terms and conditions governing the issuance of permits and certificates and authorizes the carrying out of projects covered by urban planning by-laws.<\/p><p><strong>Permits and certificates by-law n\u00b0<a href=\"https:\/\/cantondehatley.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2024-10-Reglement-de-permis-et-certificats-2025-09-03.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2024-10<\/a> <\/strong><em>Administrative version September 3, 2025<\/em><\/p><hr \/><h3><u><br \/>Architectural installation and integration by-law<\/u><\/h3><p>The identification, in the Architectural installation and integration by-law, of certain territories or categories of projects requiring a qualitative assessment when applying for a permit or certificate, ensures the quality of site planning and architectural integration while taking into account the particularities of each situation.<\/p><p><strong>Architectural installation and integration by-law n\u00b0<a href=\"https:\/\/cantondehatley.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2024-11-Reglement-sur-les-PIIA-2024-12-04.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2024-11<\/a><\/strong><\/p><hr \/><h3><u><br \/><\/u><u>By-law respecting specific construction, alteration or occupancy projects<\/u><\/h3><p>The purpose of the by-law respecting specific construction, alteration or occupancy projects is to allow, under certain conditions, the realization of a project that contravenes one or other of the municipality&#8217;s planning by-laws.<\/p><p><strong>By-law respecting specific construction, alteration or occupancy projects n\u00b0<a href=\"https:\/\/cantondehatley.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2025-05-Reglement-sur-les-PPCMOI.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025-05<\/a><\/strong><\/p><hr \/><h3><u><br \/><\/u><u>Conditional use by-law<\/u><\/h3><p>As its name indicates, the purpose of the conditional use by-law is to permit, under certain conditions, the establishment or exercise of a use in a zone determined by the zoning by-law.<\/p><p><strong>Conditional use by-law n\u00b0<a href=\"https:\/\/cantondehatley.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2025-04-Reglement-sur-les-usages-conditionnels.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025-04<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Urban Plan The Urban Plan is the municipality&#8217;s official planning document.
