Sous la supervision de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la (le) secr\u00e9taire-r\u00e9ceptionniste assume des responsabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au secr\u00e9tariat et diff\u00e9rentes affaires cl\u00e9ricales de l\u2019ensemble des op\u00e9rations courantes du Canton de Hatley<\/p>\n

T\u00e2ches de secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral :<\/span>
\n\u2022 Recevoir les citoyens, les appels et r\u00e9f\u00e9rer, au besoin, aux services appropri\u00e9s de la municipalit\u00e9.
\n\u2022 Recevoir les paiements de taxes au comptoir.
\n\u2022 Tenir \u00e0 jour un syst\u00e8me de classement (veiller \u00e0 la gestion des documents, identifier les dossiers)
\n\u2022 Tenir \u00e0 jour les bases de donn\u00e9es du syst\u00e8me d\u2019appels automatis\u00e9s.
\n\u2022 Tenir \u00e0 jour divers documents tels que le livre des r\u00e8glements et des proc\u00e8s-verbaux.
\n\u2022 Tenir \u00e0 jour le calendrier Outlook de locations des diff\u00e9rentes salles municipales.
\n\u2022 Tenir \u00e0 jour le calendrier partag\u00e9 Outlook des employ\u00e9s.
\n\u2022 Composer, adapter, corriger ou produire la correspondance courante, des d\u00e9pliants, des rapports, des tableaux et des pr\u00e9sentations.
\n\u2022 Ouvrir et distribuer le courrier. Exp\u00e9dier les documents et diverses marchandises en utilisant des services de livraison sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.
\n\u2022 Support \u00e0 l\u2019organisation d\u2019activit\u00e9s (ex. : f\u00eate des voisins, tournoi de golf, etc.).
\n\u2022 Toutes autres t\u00e2ches connexes.<\/p>\n

Profil recherch\u00e9 :<\/span>
\nVous poss\u00e9dez une formation en bureautique et\/ou secr\u00e9tariat-comptabilit\u00e9 jumel\u00e9e \u00e0 des connaissances au niveau des logiciels informatiques Word-Excel-Outlook-Exchange et des logiciels comptables (Sygem). Vous devez \u00e9galement faire preuve d\u2019une grande polyvalence, d\u2019un bon sens de l\u2019organisation et d\u2019une excellente ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais. Vous devez \u00e9galement avoir une connaissance suffisante de la langue anglaise. Une exp\u00e9rience et une connaissance du monde municipal et de son fonctionnement seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme un atout important.<\/p>\n
