We wish to inform you that the firm Jean-Pierre Cadrin & associ\u00e9s is presently on the territory of the municipality in order to proceed to inventory maintenance visits, in the respect of the sanitary norms in force. It is therefore possible that you will see one of the inspectors on your property soon.<\/strong><\/p>

Conduct of the\u00a0visits<\/strong><\/h3>

In accordance with Section 15 of the Act respecting municipal taxation, \u00a0visits will take place between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.<\/u>, Monday to Saturday, except on statutory holidays.\u00a0<\/strong>

The inspector will observe the exterior of the property to gather information for the file. If the owners are present, an interior visit will be made to complete the data update.

If the owners are not present, a letter will be left on site with the contact information to contact the assessment service either by phone or via a website in order to obtain the missing information and request interior photographs if necessary.

The inspector will have an identification card, with his photograph, signed by the Director General, Mr. Guy Jauron and the chartered appraiser responsible for the municipal assessment roll, Mr. Jean-Pierre Cadrin.

CHAPTER\u00a0III.1
POWERS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ASSESSOR<\/strong>

15.\u00a0The assessor or his representative may, in the performance of his duties, visit and examine any property situated in the territory of the local municipality, between 8:00\u00a0a.m. and 9:00\u00a0p.m. from Monday to Saturday, except on holidays.

He must carry an identification card bearing his photograph issued or certified by the clerk of the municipal body responsible for assessment, and must show it on request.
