Violations of municipal regulations

If you witness an infraction of municipal regulations, do not hesitate to contact the SPA de l’Estrie at 819 821-4727, option 5.

 
Dog on the loose

It is forbidden to leave a dog on the loose. Outside the limits of the building, accommodation or property of its guardian, a dog must be kept on a leash and accompanied by a responsible person who has control over it.

 
Dog poop

The guardian of an animal must immediately remove the excrement produced by the animal and dispose of it in a hygienic manner.

 
Stray dog

A stray animal is a nuisance. Anyone who finds a stray animal must immediately return it to the SPA de l’Estrie.
