The online payment platform for purchasing annual passes is now up and running. You can access it via the following link: https://memphremagog.lexoh.com/
The online platform allows you to purchase and manage your annual pass for unlimited access to boat wash stations on Lake Massawippi, as well as access to municipal boat ramps and certain parking lots.
One pass per boat. You must keep your passes for next year; they will simply be reactivated during the online renewal process.
Buying your annual pass online is the easiest way to enjoy our beautiful lake!
Here are the steps to follow:
- Purchase your annual pass online in just a few clicks;
- Pick up your pass at Town Hall after you receive a confirmation email;
- Go to an authorized wash station and scan your pass;
- After washing, launch your boats within 24 hours of washing.
By purchasing your annual pass online, you avoid paying fees each time you use the car wash stations and enjoy unlimited access to the designated car wash stations at Lake Massawippi for the current year.

Please note that the use of RFID cards at Massawippi Beach will begin on Monday, May 4, 2026. As of that date, seasonal users will no longer be able to access the station and the boat launch at Massawippi Beach without their RFID card.
