Paved streets sweeping
Street sweeping is expected to start on Monday April 13 and is expected to take place throughout the week.
To facilitate the smooth running of operations, you can now:
- Rake your land.
- Leave the small stone at the curb without creating a heap.
- Place the leaves and branches in your brown bin while respecting the 90 kg weight limit.
The day before the sweep in your street, think about:
- Do not park your vehicle at the curb to allow the passage of the mechanical sweeper.
- Put your wheeled bins on the street the morning of the collection, and put them away as soon as you return home.
Maintenance of gravel roads
A first summary grading will be carried out in the next week to correct major imperfections. On the other hand the complete grading will have to wait for the official end of the spring thaw.
Grading and dust control
The gravel roads will be completely graded after the thaw has ended, probably at the beginning of May. Subsequently, the municipality may have the dust control applied.
There may be a delay between grading and dust control since suppliers cannot serve all municipalities simultaneously.
