TOWN HALL CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

Canton de Hatley Town Hall is closed to the public, but continues to serve you!

To protect the health of our staff and our citizens, we have closed the Town Hall in order to limit contact between people.

Therefore, please note the following cancellations, effective immediately and until further notice:

  • committees and public municipal council meetings
  • room rentals (council room, community room)
  • cultural, sporting and community activities

Although the doors are locked, we still continue to work for you and provide you with essential services.

To pay your municipal taxes:

  • By internet or at an ATM at one of the participating financial institutions: Desjardins, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, National Bank of Canada, Toronto-Dominion Bank, Scotiabank, Laurentian Bank of Canada, Tangerine
  • By mail: 4765, chemin de Capelton, Canton de Hatley (Qc) J0B 2C0
  • In person: put your payment in the box located to the left of the Town hall’s main door

To apply for a permit :

  • Go to the Permits and urban development of our website and fill in the form
  • Send us the form at : [email protected]
  • Call us: 819 842-2977 ext 121

For Commissionner of oaths service:

You may go to the police station of the Régie de Memphrémagog, 66, chemin Southière in Magog.
