Municipal contracts
The municipality must publish, at the latest on January 31 of each year, the list of all contracts above $2000 when the sum of the contracts for the same contractor is above $25 000.

Since April 1st 2011, every municipality must publish on the Internet (seao.ca) a list of all contracts that include an expense of 25 000 $ or more. This list can be found on the website of the Système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec. Simply enter Municipalité du Canton de Hatley in the Choisir une organisation space and then the period (dates).
