Following by-law 2018-02 concerning the installation of address sign posts, the Municipality will be installing address sign posts for all properties for which an address has been attributed.
The main reason to install the signposts is for public security and to facilitate the work of emergency services.
The other reason is to ensure that all addresses in the municipality are visible from the road.
The installation should begin in July and last a few weeks. Spectralite Signoplus is mandated and will need access to your property to do the installation.
In accordance with the by-law, it is forbidden to displace, remove or damage the address sign post installed by the Municipality. Also, it is not allowed to install any object or any material on the sign post that might reduce its visibility.
